📍 Udaipur

Your tour begins in Udaipur. After pickup from your hotel, your driver will take you to some of the city’s most popular attractions. Start with City Palace, a beautiful palace complex built over hundreds of years with views of Lake Pichola. After visiting the palace museum, take a boat ride to Jag Mandir.

Later, explore the old city, visit Jagdish Temple, spend some time at Saheliyon Ki Bari, and walk through the local markets. End your day at Fateh Sagar Lake before enjoying dinner at a rooftop restaurant overlooking the lake.

After breakfast, leave Udaipur and drive to Jodhpur. On the way, you’ll pass through the Aravalli hills, small villages, and scenic countryside. If you wish, you can also visit the Ranakpur Jain Temples with a short detour.

Reach Jodhpur in the afternoon and visit Mehrangarh Fort, one of Rajasthan’s best-known forts with great views of the Blue City. Later, stop at Jaswant Thada and spend some time exploring the Clock Tower Market and the old streets before returning to your hotel.

Spend the day exploring Jodhpur at your own pace. Visit Umaid Bhawan Palace, which includes a royal residence, museum, and luxury hotel. Afterwards, head to Mandore Gardens to see its historic cenotaphs and peaceful gardens.

In the afternoon, explore Sardar Market, try the famous Makhaniya Lassi, and shop for blue pottery, mojari shoes, and bandhani fabrics. If you’d like, you can also visit Mehrangarh Fort again in the evening for a different view of the city.

After breakfast, drive from Jodhpur to Jaipur through the heart of Rajasthan. Along the way, you’ll see open countryside, camel farms, and roadside dhabas where you can stop for local food.

The blue colour of the old city’s houses was originally used for Brahmin homes and was also believed to help keep insects away. Today, much of the old city is painted blue, giving Jodhpur its unique identity. The city’s famous pink buildings date back to 1876, when Jaipur was painted to welcome a royal guest. The tradition continues today. October – March (Ideal): The weather is pleasant, with temperatures between 12°C and 26°C, making sightseeing comfortable in all three cities. Popular events such as the Pushkar Camel Fair, Jaipur Literature Festival, and Desert Festival also take place during this season.

April – June (Manageable): Summer temperatures can reach 35°C to 45°C, but travelling in an air-conditioned cab makes the journey easier. Hotels are generally more affordable, and tourist attractions are less crowded in the morning.
